  DISCLAIMER: A.S.C. and General Motors made many changes to the Firebird convertible top and top frame. 
  Some tops have elastic straps at the rear quarters, and others do not. The rear bow position was changed several
  times so we cannot guarantee that the rear seam in our top will line up over the rear bow of Firebird convertibles.  
  No records are available to us as to when these changes were made. Top frame design problems can cause 
  premature wear, cuts and holes in the rear quarters; and the lower rail can cut the topstitch at rear quarters. 
  Robbins cannot be held responsible for damage to our products caused by the problems described above.
